More importantly, we have invested in experienced proactive, personal and professional sales and letting consultants together with our own development and training programme for our apprentices so they can handle your greatest asset with care and attention throughout the whole process.

For many of us, moving house can be a stressful process that requires the most trusting and open of relationships. My Pad’s business model is built upon our values of honesty and integrity and we work hard to ensure that everything is done with total transparency. For this, we are active members of the Ombudsman for estate agents together with Propertymark.

Established in 2012. My Pad is the brainchild of Stuart and Shelley Phillips. With over thirty years’ experience in selling and letting properties in the Derby area, working with the major mainstream estate agents and also owning one of their own chains, the concept is to offer a value-for-money estate agents based on high service levels and showcasing properties on all major house selling portals to give you, the house seller maximum coverage and a stress free move!
