Following last night's news that the property industry can re-open in England, subject to strict guidelines, we are delighted to once again be able to carry out valuations, measure up properties for sale and rent, place them on the market and book accompanied viewings on empty properties. Viewings on occupied properties will be at the discretion of the owner.
We would ask however that if anyone in your household is showing symptoms of the virus or is currently self-isolating to not book any appointments and to adhere to the social distancing rules set out by the government at all times.
On all rentals, video tours will be available to view in the first instance.
